At Selection Corporate Clothing Limited I was troubleshooting the 3 websites that the business runs, and investigating issues in custom Magento extensions that powers them. I was mainly working on:
- Implementing a custom Docker PHP/Nginx/MySQL development environment for Magento 2
- Setting-up a project management and reporting stucture on Jira and Confluence
- Leading IT team project management meetings
- Planning and estimating work for the Magento2 website upgrade to Magento2.4.8
- Setting up a private container registry on AWS ECR
- Planning and estimating PageSpeed improvements and PHP performance enhancements
- Supporting a junior web developer in his transition to a Magento 2 development role
